The staff was very nice and friendly.

The staff was very nice and friendly. They did everything they could in order to keep our stay there comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was included in price and was very good.

Group of Eight People

The host was very welcoming! The host organized the transportation for us from PPS to El Nido. They even book the tours as well. Wifi in the common area is good. There is a cold water served in common area all the time. The location is amazing, it's close to all the activities in the city.

The bathroom. It has very weird smell which come and go during entire time of stay. Time to time there was no hot water in the shower.

Location was perfect!

Location was perfect! Close enough that you can walk to the main area with restaurants, shops and bars but far enough to be away from the noise

We stayed in a family room with one double bed, one single bed and one bunk beds. The rooms were too small for us and smell really bad. The cleaning was not perfect, a lot of dust underneath the beds. Breakfast was awful, nothing like the pictures. Only two options and only one drink (ginger tea) which was really strong. We were not expecting a 5 star hotel because we didn’t pay for that, but customer care and hospitality cost zero and would have made all the difference!

Disappointing and unpleasant

Not clean. The room smelled like damp. Not hot water (this is not clearly explained before you book). Very loud sounds from other rooms AC, it is difficult to sleep. You can find better places for the same money in the same location.

For the price, the room was very spacious and well-ventilated. Also, the staff were helpful and responsive.

Mosquitoes in the common areas were vicious but I can't fault the property for that...

Location was perfect!

Location was perfect! Close enough to walk to the center bur far enough to be away of the crowds and noise STAFF was fun and helpful!

Breakfast was unpleasant! Nothing to do with the pictures posted here. They only serve eggs, a small piece of toast, awful sausages and ginger tea. We stayed in a family room that was to small for all 5 of us, he had several cockroaches and tarantulas (lol) in our room. I know that the price that you pay is not expensive, but I think you can get better place in El Nido for the same amount

I would not recommend this place.

Location is fairly good. Walking distance to shops. Staff was helpful and fairly informative.

Room amenities are poor. Sink drain always clogged, ants in the room. Cleanliness left much to be desired.

El Nido is lovely, this place was not.

The location was very good and the staff were friendly.

The bed had hard lumps pretty much all over it. For the location it was bearable, but had this been further out, I would have left and went to another hotel. Water pressure is very poor aswell.

The only decent thing about this place is the close location to where tours leave.

The only decent thing about this place was that the location was close to the ferry port where boats left for tours. The bathrooms were gross to say the least, bed sheets and towels both had stains. It was an unpleasant stay.

The bathroom was disgusting to say the least. The bed could barely be called a bed it was so uncomfortable. The breakfast was a measly serving of eggs and plain white toast. No coffee available.

It’s a TRAP

The location of the property is a plus. With everything is in a convenient distance.

The property is old, not maintained well. Water is unsafe to drink like most places in El Nido. WiFi is not accessible in rooms as advertised in booking.com. Bathroom door was broken couldn’t lock from inside. I atleast saw 5-10 rats running around the place which really scared me. Very unhygienic place to stay. The information they have provided in Booking.com is misleading, I even saw a couple and talked to them who were looking for a different place to stay as they were not happy about katrina. Breakfast is nothing special, you can get a decent breakfast outside the hostel for a decent price. Finally the price they quote for this accommodation is not worth it.Totally I wouldn’t recommend anybody to stay in this place. Please do yourself a favor “DONT GO THERE”.
